In the living room, one corner of the carpet is torn up, and there's a ton of mold on the wall. You walk out on the carpet, and it feels like you are walking on paper. The particle board subfloor (under the carpet) has so much water damage that you are close to falling through.

Lots of mold on the wall. Under the carpet, the particle board has expanded like a cheap piece of furniture after you leave your cold drink on it.

The utility room had some of the worst mold of all. There's a hole cut out in the ceiling near the drain of the upstairs shower. Maybe that's where the water is coming from.

In one of the upstairs bedrooms, the carpet has been torn back to reveal the wood underneath. You can see the buckles in the wood. The buckle underneath the window sticks up about 4 inches or so. A real nightmare.

Presumably in an effort to find water leaks, several of the boards in the subfloor have been torn away in the upstairs bedroom. The mold is pretty non existent up here, though. There's been serious water in the past, however.

In another bedroom upstairs, the entire floor is buckled up near the wall under the window. And, the reason for that is water. If you look up in the hole, you can see back boards that form the roof. The carpet is stained from something. Not sure what. I don't know how the hole made it into the roof. Based on the smooth lines, someone probably tore the opening.
