On a beautiful spring Friday night in April of 2005, the Fighting Illini baseball team was set to take on Michigan. At this point in the season, the Illini were tied for first in the Big Ten. By the end of the night, the Illini would be alone at the top. The Illini ended up winning the game after trailing most of the night, thanks to an excellent 8th inning.
