In February 2005 on the way into work one morning, a guy wasn't watching where he was going and he ran a stop sign and hit my truck. I saw him coming and was able to slow down, so the damage wasn't very bad (thank goodness). Both of us had American Family as our insurance company, and the entire claim process went amazingly well. I had the body shop that American Family suggested actually fix the damage, and it was fixed quickly and completely. I'm quite satisfied with how everything turned out.
