December is here with snow. About an inch of the white stuff arrived overnight.
This is the first accumulation we've had this year, and you wouldn't believe the number of accident reports on the radio. You'd think that people had forgotten how to drive overnight. This is a view of Beckman Institute.

Baby geese. I took a bunch of pictures of these guys, but few of them turned out good. I needed to stop down more than I did. f7.1 isn't enough to give me the depth of field that I needed. This isn't as sharp as I already know the lens is capable of, but it's one of the best ones I have.
