Riding Up Lift 1 Some of the lifts actually have snow visible while on them. At this point on the ride, I was getting ready to cross over Dante's Cutoff. Four wheeler tracks are visible in the foreground. I didn't see a single snow mobile while there. Rather, they use four wheelers. Since the snow is entirely artificial, it is very non-powder. It's like a flat surface that is slick. Four wheelers can go right up it.
