Allerton Park on a Spring Day

In late April, I decided to visit Allerton Park and see what it was that everyone was talking about. Allerton Park was created by Robert Allerton in the 1920s and 30s. Robert was basically a very rich man (via inheritance) that enjoyed farming. He created several formal gardens and appreciated fine statuary. I enjoyed my day at Allerton and definitely plan to return. In fact, I did so in June. Pictures are available.
